On 3, 4 & 5 February 2017 Fisherman Holidays will be at the biggest and best European Carp Fishing show, CARP ZWOLLE 2017, which will take place in the IJsselhallen-Zwolle in The Netherlands. Apart from the usual carp venues like La Horre, Etang 5 & Lac de Grosley for example, Fisherman Holidays will present 3 new lakes. Although these new destinations are very different from each other, they have one thing in common: the attractive price!
The first lake is called Lago di Salasco and is located in Italy. The lake is actually very well known among local anglers – not least because it contains the biggest carp in Italy, ‘Il Toro’ which weighs in at around a very healthy 40kg (88lb). ‘Peppa Pig’ is the second biggest carp in the venue and that regularly also turns the scales at around the 40kg (88lb) mark.
True, it's not very close to home for most of us, but the prices are very reasonable: 150€ per angler
Etang du Moulin is a 44 acre lake situated in Eastern France. A maximum of 16 anglers can fish this venue which is stocked with more than 800 carp up to 60lb. The prices per angler are very reasonable too: 210€ per week, 120€ per midweek and 90€ per weekend.
Etang du Moulin is definitely a great alternative for your short drive & survive carp fishing holiday in France.
