The swims were about 300 m apart, which made socialising very difficult, (we were on holiday after all). The lake was quite weedy, but nowhere near as bad as the main lake. I'd go back but not for a social holiday. Particles are a must!
The only downside to the trip was the amount of rats in the swims. Other than that, really liked the lake and will be returning again soon.

Found it to be more of a holiday lake for the French than a serious carp lake few families and noisy Great nice looking fish had five fish up to 49lb
Found swims to be little small at water’s edge especially when a boat is moored there as well

My wife & myself had a great time, the swim/lake was great, the surroundings were great too. Only had one small carp, but that's fishing. Our only complaint was the showers, did not mind you have to pay for a shower, but a bit on the dirty side. The jet of water coming out of the shower was so fine, it was painful to shower. Would we go back, yes
