Charlie is the fourth lake we have fished on the Goncourt complex.
Pascal and the team are great hosts ,
Unfortunately for us the fishing was extremely moody and only two swims gave up any fish ,
The weeded areas seemingly devoid of carp which was a surprise.
Great set up for a social , but would off loved to tried the old lake layout tbh.
Had a great week with over 40 fish between the group, the fish were spread around all the swims and were not to tricky to catch once spots at the right depth were found. Pascal and family were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this lake and the rest of the complex looks amazing too , can’t wait to return .

Er zou een huisje op Charlie lake staan!! Niks!!! De stekken op het eiland zou ik niet zo snel meer uitzoeken maar naar de oude stekken aan de overkant! En helaas erg Engels gericht
Prachtig water.
Wij hadden dit water voor ons alleen, omdat de Engelsen hebben afgezegd met de covid.
Was een taaie week met temperaturen van 30 graden. Met 2 man 5 vissen en 3 kwijt. met een nieuw pb van 23.9kg.
Andere vissen 19.2kg 18kg 12kg en 14kg.
Vanaf het eiland kan je niet links achter in de hoek vissen. De vis hield zich daar dan ook veelal schuil. Is inmiddels bekend bij het Goncourt complex en ze gaan er een net of iets anders plaatsen zodat de vis niet meer naar dat stuk kan trekken!
Mooi viswater met prachtige vissen. Zeker niet makkelijk! Vissen gevangen tot 27,5 kg.
