The lake is superb but the water was very cold so we didn't catch much. The biggest problem is that the toilet was blocked and the owner (?) doesn't seem to care. We told him it was blocked and he just denied it...strange attitude. We fished last year and the shower did not work either. I would like to return but a working toilet is essential.
Another good trip we all had a couple of forties in amongst the 30 + fish between us. Although the average size of fish seemed smaller this year.
no light in the shower, Flushing water in the toilet does not work, the supervisor is not very talkative, very nice fishing spots, great big carp!
We didn't catch anything, but the lake looks really good and we are booked for next year. We only fished 3 nights during very hot weather; our approach using only boilies probably wasn't the best choice as everyone else was spodding particles. Next time we will be better prepared. Water pressure for the showers was very low.
