Located on the banks of the beautiful Etang du Vaulaurent carp fishing lake in France, the Cabin at Swim 1 offers anglers the perfect combination of comfort, practicality, and excellent fishing. Designed for fishermen who want to enjoy a more comfortable stay while remaining close to the action, this fully equipped lakeside cabin provides an ideal base camp for an unforgettable carp fishing holiday.

Vehicles can be parked close to the cabin, making it easy to unload fishing tackle and equipment upon arrival. Between the cabin and the waterfront, there is plenty of space to set up two bivvies, allowing anglers to stay close to their rods while still benefiting from the comfort and facilities of the accommodation. The cabin serves perfectly as a practical base for cooking, charging equipment, relaxing, and enjoying meals in the shade or dry during your session.

The cabin measures approximately 19m² and is suitable for 2 to 4 anglers. Inside, guests will find a compact but well-equipped kitchen complete with sink and hot water, cooking hob, microwave, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery for four people, as well as a table and chairs. Cleaning products are also provided for your convenience.

For sleeping arrangements, the cabin features one double bed and one single bed, with enough additional space for a fourth guest using a bedchair. All bed linen is included in the price. The cabin is equipped with electric lighting and power sockets for charging phones, cameras, and other devices.

A refundable deposit of 50€ is requested upon arrival to cover any possible damage or additional cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the cabin clean and tidy at the end of their stay. If preferred, a cleaning service is available for 30€ per stay.

Etang du Vaulaurent itself covers approximately 30 acres and features depths ranging from 1.4m to 3.5m. The lakebed consists of gravel and sand mixed with mud and silt, with no underwater obstacles, making it a comfortable and safe venue for carp fishing. Unhooking mats and weigh slings are provided on every swim, so there is no need to bring your own.

For additional comfort, anglers also have access to two bathroom facilities with showers and toilets located in a separate building. The venue additionally offers a welcoming clubhouse with freezers, microwave, hot and cold water, heating, and a small kitchen area available for all guests. WIFI is available in the clubhouse area. Whether you are planning an intensive fishing session or a relaxing week by the water, the Cabin at Swim 1 provides everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable carp fishing experience in France.
